Share/Send

Send a slice of a real company.

Pick a stock and an amount, or let friends chip in. They get a link on WhatsApp and claim it with their email. An autonomous agent buys the stock, holds it safely, and sends back whatever isn't claimed.

Gifts run from $1 to $20 with a 10 cent fee. Stocks are tokenized on BNB Chain.

How a gift moves

  1. 1

    You choose

A stock, an amount, a name and a note. You pay with a dollar stablecoin from your own wallet, with a single signature.

  2. 2

    They claim

They open the link, sign in with their email and confirm they're allowed to hold it. The shares land in a wallet made for them. No seed phrase, no gas, no exchange account.

  3. 3

    Or it comes back

If nobody claims it within 30 days, or you cancel, the agent returns it: either the stock itself, or sold and sent to you as USDT. You choose when you send.

More ways to give

Chip in together

Start a group gift for a graduation or a birthday and share the link. Friends each put in what they like and add a note. When it closes, the agent buys one gift with everything raised, and the notes travel with it. If it's cancelled or can't be bought, everyone gets their money back.

Wait for a better price

Tell the agent in plain words: “Send Ada $5 of Nvidia, but only if it drops 2% by Friday.” It fills in the form, buys only if the price gets there, and refunds you in full if it doesn't.

From your own agent

A payroll bot, a rewards app or another AI agent can send a gift without the website: it pays over x402 on BNB Chain and gets the claim link back to pass on.

Built so nobody has to take our word for it

Every payout is checked first
Each transfer out of the vault is simulated against Binance's transaction checker before it's signed.
A step can't run twice
Every move is recorded before it happens, so a crash or a retry can't buy, send or refund the same gift twice.
Limits live in the server
$20 a gift and $50 a day, enforced by the server itself, not just by the form.
The claim code stays private
The secret in a claim link sits after the #, which browsers never send in the page request. We never log it.
Proof of holdings, in public
Every 15 minutes the agent checks that the vault holds the stock for every unclaimed gift, and reports the result on its page.

An agent with a name on the chain

ShareSend is registered on BNB Chain as agent #370811 (ERC-8004). The jobs in the ledger above run by themselves, around the clock: buying, closing group gifts, returning, finishing interrupted payouts and checking its own books. Its fees pay for its running costs, and its page shows both sides. Other agents can find it through that identity and send gifts through it.

Questions

What does my friend actually get?

A token on BNB Chain from bStocks or Ondo that follows the price of the real share. The issuer says each token is backed by real shares it holds. It isn't the same as owning the share at a broker, and the value moves with the market.

Which stocks can I send?

Hundreds of US stocks and funds, such as Nvidia, Apple, Tesla and the S&P 500, depending on what bStocks and Ondo list on the day.

Where is this available?

Tokenized US stocks aren't offered in the United States and some other countries. The person claiming confirms they're allowed to hold them.

What does it cost?

The gift amount plus a 10 cent fee. From that fee the agent covers trading and network costs, a few cents per gift.

What if nobody claims it?

After 30 days it goes back to you, or sooner if you cancel. You choose in advance whether you get the stock back or have it sold into USDT.

How does a group gift work?

You start it, pick the stock and how long to collect (up to 7 days), and share the link. Each friend pays their part with one signature and adds a note; together it can reach $20. At the closing time, or sooner if you close it, the agent buys one gift and you send the claim link. If it's cancelled or can't be bought, everyone is refunded to their own wallet. If it isn't claimed, it comes back to you.

Can they take dollars instead of shares?

If they really need cash, yes. The gift arrives as shares; on the claim page they can ask for dollars (USDT) instead, and the agent sells the shares and sends what they sold for, a little more or less than the value shown.

Can my app or agent send gifts?

Yes. Any agent with a wallet can pay ShareSend directly over x402 (Binance's B402) and get a claim link back. The steps are on the For agents page.
